About the Department

The PG & Research Department of Electronics was established in the year 2012 at our Dr. Kalaignar Government Arts College. We offer B.Sc., Electronics, M.Sc., Electronics and Ph.D., Programs designed to help rural students to acquire Practical knowledge in the field of Electronics. We ensure that every student receives personal attention and a high-quality education through various skill development programs and they will get more exposure to practical experience by utilising our well equipped laboratory. Our department provides excellent facilities to support student learning by undergoing various Government Schemes. We have a modern Electronics laboratory with high-speed internet, where students can practice simulation and work on projects, smart classrooms with interactive boards, a well-stocked library with technical books. Our department of Electronics is regularly conducting workshops, seminars and, National science day programs every year to enrich the knowledge of the students.

After completing the ../Ph.D., degree, students have many great job opportunities in industries / Government Sector. Most of our students are placed in various companies in the past.
