Established in 2007, Dr Kalaignar Government Arts College, Kulithalai (Sattamandra Ponvizha) is a premier institution dedicated to providing accessible and quality higher education to students from rural communities in Karur district. The college is affiliated to Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, and operates under the Department of Higher Education, Government of Tamil Nadu.
